About Us

Welcome to Sterling and Stones,

My name is Ely, thank you so much for your interest in my website. I am so eager to share my passion for jewelry!

Since I can remember, I have appreciated the arts and have been fascinated by the creative hands of a silversmith.  In 2001, I was introduced to a woman that enriched my love for jewelry.  She acquainted me with some of the most talented artisans of Native American jewelry I had ever met.  Since then, I have been hooked and have made lifelong friends.  I also have been inspired by my friends to craft some pieces of my own. I’ve since trained in the art of silversmith, beading, and casting. I’m so thankful to be doing what I love!

Now, my aspiration is to share all of these beautiful hand crafted pieces and increase your awareness of the rich diversity of Native American Culture. All of the Native American jewelry I source has been is meticulously hand-crafted by Navajo, Zuni, Hopi, and Santo Domingo Native Americans. I handpick each piece of sterling silver jewelry for my catalogue that I believe shows the artists personal vision and style. My goal is to provide unique one-of-a-kind timeless pieces that stand out from the rest.  These creations are an artistic investment!  Many will increase in value over time.

I currently own and operate a seasonal boutique located in the Blue Ridge Mountains at 54 E. Main Street, Saluda, North Carolina.  I decided to start a web business to accommodate my loyal customer’s year around and to share on a broader spectrum.  Whether you are here to window shop or find that special piece, enjoy!
